Trouble shooted this for 2 hours and damn.
I disable ipv6 on my PC as soon as I install the OS. WIn7x64 in this case.
Well, I use ftps to transfer files between my phone and pc.
andFTP>FileZillaServer-ftps.
I would disable my phones wifi to be external of my local network to test to access the ftp server, well I would be able to access the server but folders-n-files would not "cussing" show.
Drove me nuts, came across a webpage saying something about an option called "EPSV". Before enabling this option, I enabled IPv6 on my PC, I was able to view folder-n-files "yes, I'm getting somewhere". So I search andFTP and option called "EPSV" well come to find out it's full name is EPSV-ipv4 tick box.
Disabled my ipv6 on the os. Enabled this EPSV-ipv4 option, bam, problem solved, am now able to see folder-n-files on the server from andFTP android app.
Stoked.
