AMD Sempron 2500+ showing up as XP1600?

I have it on the mobo linked below that says it supports it but its listing it as a XP1600 and also my ram is showing up as 480 when I have 512. Any help on this?

#1 you may need to update the bios or set the FSB to 166 (333)

#2 the mainboard has integrated graphics, so the mainboard is allocatimg ram to the onboard graphics.
