Basically a combination of the two best deals I've seen lately on each individual part. $160 for CPU and $120 for the board.
 
This is identical to the price you get from Microcenter (for the same processor and motherboard). Good deal, if you lack one near you.

I prefer Microcenter , as you get to choose your CPU and motherboard combo.
