AMD popularity

Well this kind of sums it up. I have been noticing this for the past week or so.

I'm still pretty happy with my Athlon 2800+ XP in my box.

I'll be looking for an upgrade by the end of the year prolly, and I'll still be looking at AMD then too......unless pigs start flying or hell freezes over.

Well, its a fact that the tech geek crowd prefer AMD by astounding margins.

Still, I don't think AMD has ever had the edge they do now. Their processors are just bar none better right now.

Though i don't expect the giant to sleep much longer.

What about in the willamette times? They were cheap, and alot faster too. Now AMD chips are very fast, but very expensive.

AMD has the better range, good cpus at decent prices and extremely great cpus at high prices.
