RetroArch also added FSR in the latest update released a few weeks ago (1.9.9). It works with all libretro cores.

Yeah, emulator integration is making this whole GPU-less upgrade of my HTPC more and more feasible! A 5600G has enough horsepower for PS3 and Switch, while my existing GTX 960 can now effectively upscale to 4k60 on my B7!
