AMD chipset drivers or Asus?

I have always gone for the AMD chipset drivers are they are usually newer. Anything wrong with using these over the Asus provided driver?
 
if they're both matching version no it doesn't matter but i'd go with AMD's since most motherboard manufactures don't update chipset drivers after release.

Yeah... Asus is behind.. AMD has one out for this month ill use instead.
 
I never use the drivers from the Official CD or website unless there isn't an equivalent one from Windows itself or the manufacturer.
 
what they all said. use the most up to date from the makers for everything.
 
Ok awesome.. this is how I have always done it as well.. just making sure nothing has changed.
 
The only time every to use vendor recommended drivers they supply to download for your hardware is if it is audio. All else is always from the source, AMD, nVidia, Intel, etc.
