Let see, I have still, 8120, 8350 and a 9590 (still in a system), I knew what I was buying, understood fully the design and half ass performance per core (fun overclockers though) -> I just disagree with the lawsuit from my prospective -> BS.

I agree with you. I'm very happy with the bulldozers floating around here. Knew what I was getting.
