Yes all new PS4s do. theres a little blue booklet with two or three codes. for some music/video unlimited crap and a $10 PSN voucher.

Make sure to redeem it before it expires!!

You are 100% right. I completely missed the code when I took the system out. The code has an expiration date of 6/30/2015.

Looks like is, the final fantasy bundle replaced it which isint terrible but it's not bloodborne and doesn't come with the GC I don't think.
