Amazon.com XFX 5850 $260 (Out of Stock)

Hey, I bought, an XFX 5850 off amazon a while ago as it was out of stock. Excellent price. I'm patient to wait for another week.... but I'm not patient for 2 months. Does anyone know, from past experience if I'm put on some waiting list where Amazon is already shipping 5850's to those who bought OOS ahead of me? I hope they won't cancel my order on me.

I wish I could find out their estimated shipment date. Anyone bought OOS from amazon before?

I had one on order about a week ago with an estimated ship date of 11-20 to 12-3. A couple of days later they change the estimate to middle of December. I cancelled it, and was lucky to snag one off of Newegg last Friday.

I wouldn't expect a ship date from them for at least a month.
