I know the socket will be new do you think or know if the coolers will need a upgrade kit to make them work?

There is no way we can possibly know that right now.

Best case: Your old coolers work without modification
Middle of the road: You need to buy (or free upgrade) an adapter
Worst case: They are incompatible and won't work

I'm guessing it's one of the top 2 options.
