AM3 on a M3N-HT deluxe

well my question is pretty simple would it be possible to put a Phenom II x3 720 processor on a ASUS M3N-HT Deluxe? and if yes would there be any immediate complications?
So far i have been looking around on google and it seems possible, but only if you flash the bios on the motherboard. Which was on of the first things i did after getting the motherboard.

check with ASUS website for confirmation if you have't already
 
the BIOS update is there for two versions of the deluxe and both support 720x3 processors
