Am I the only one that misses spare batteries?

Should we go back to having spare batteries to swap?

Honestly I was all Gung ho and bought a spare battery and charger for my Note 2. I only ever needed it a couple times because the battery life is pretty good.

I got a Note 3 and never bothered buying the spare battery and charger. I grabbed an anker 12000mah battery which I can use to recharge all of my USB gadgets and my phone too. As others have mentioned, charging speed is fast.

I like the option of a user replaceable battery. It's great for people who buy used phones or use them for years. Personally I usually keep my phones for 1-2 years, so this doesn't matter too much to me since all of my batteries have held up ok.

^^ Your nickname...

While we're at it. Nobody would take a DSLR with fixed build-in battery serious...

A few of the top smartphones available today have removable batteries;

- LG G3
- Samsung Galaxy S5
- Samsung Galaxy Note 3
