I had a logo designed over 1.5yrs ago and I can't for the life of me rembember what website I went to. It was a site where you post some parameters as to what you're looking for in a logo, website etc, as well as how much you will be paying. Then, people submit their entries and you pick one.

Sound familiar to anyone?

I don't think that was the one I used. However, it looks very promising.
 
There was one called itmoonlighter.com that changed it's name to guru.com.
