I never used the CPUs for folding. But you can Fold a Client on the CPU while it runs all 4 GPUs.

Pros: ya it has many pci 16 slots and it has good sound card
Cons: when i put in my pentium d 2.8 it got hot as hell but i did not even get to bios and 1 of the chips just above the cpu socket burst into flames i had to unplug it and putit out with my sock hell probaly f'd now cause im not sure if i buy a new pricessor will help it
Other Thoughts: i wonder if i can get it replaces cause it is burnt and i dont know if it was casue it was a bad product or i did something worng

How do these compare to the AMD version, K9A2?

I know that Sunin is / was having problems getting 3 x 9800GX2's to run on his 680i boards. Does this MSI have the same issue? Is it best for single gpu (rather than x2) folding rigs?
