Aida64 memory stability test question?

Using Aida64 utility to check system stability, and "ONLY" check the box for "memory" and let it run for an hour or so, is this a decent mem test for testing stability? Or what is a recommended mem stability program you recommend? thank you

I recommend hci memtest. It seems to be the most reliable in finding errors.
You can also use it to test cpu cache stability.
