Age of Empires II The Conquerors crashing

I am running Windows 7 64bit, and for some reason when i tried playing an older game, Age of empires the conquerors it keeps giving me an error. My event viewer list this error as such.

I have already tried running in compatibility mode and that didn't work as well as several other attempts, Is there any way i can go about fixing this as people i have talked to cant seem to help me fix the problem.
 
yep got all the patches. I believe its a memory issue but im not sure if it has to do with a bad windows install or something to do with the syswow64, and the age2_x1.ICD file
