Adware hit. Need Help

I dont know how but some adware got into my computer and its seriously screwing everything up
I have this new IE toolbar called searchsprint and with some pages it automatically redirects it to another page.

Ive tried running Ad-Aware 6,Spybot 1.2,Norton Antivirus 2004 and it still is here. For some reason System Restore wont go back either.

Will reinstalling Windows XP help or is there any other solution?
