Go ahead make fun of me... :D But I still want to know. Has anybody made real playable games for modern video cards that feature lots of sex and nudity?

never played it but I hear the Witcher has some of that stuff in it.
 
I honestly don't believe there are any decent ones.

There is this one Japanese game where it has something to do with an Island full of chicks that play sports but that's all I know

There's a new one coming out called Leisure Suit Larry: Box Office Bust that's supposed to be fun. Comes out in April according to Wiki

Those games got banned from Amazon not to long ago. One of them was Rapelay

There was also a Playboy Mansion game. I don't think they showed much, never tried it.

You can also find nude skins for most games. Or just make them yourself.
 
this is pointless. Games that focus around sexuality or nudity just are not fun to play. It stimulates the brain for a few moments and then you realize that it is utterly pitiful to stare at.... it defeats the entire purpose of a game (except if it helps for closure and/or plot development a la Mass Effect). If one was interested in virtual nudity, then look for those creepy japanese hentai/rape games
 
Japanese eroge Visual Novels, like Fate Stay Night? From what I've read, the story is pretty interesting; though it's more novel and less video game. Apparently, there's a good balance between the gripping plot and erotic side adventures, like nailing various female characters. There's even an English translation out for it.

99% of the pc games released by japanese makers are eroges....

in fact the only two japanese companies that primarily make PC games that are not eroges that I know of is Koei and Kogadou....

for the 3d polygon games you got Illusion of course, the maker of such "megahits" as Sexy Beach series, 尾行 series, Rapelay, etc

There are eroge companies that make good playble games with enjoyable characters and storylines (Alice Soft for example with their Rance Series, Toushin Series, Daibancho, DaiAkuji, etc) and there's 95% of the other companies who don't really care about making games and are just making porn.

Yeah, The Witcher is adult. Profanity and nudity - my UK version has vidoes and nude cards. The game is pretty misogynist - all the better for it! ;)

There are full 3d sex simulators, I think calling them games is a bit of a stretch.

Leisure suit larry 7 with nude patch which removed the censoring was quite a good game though ;)
