Whenever I visit a site that has a flash player component such as a banner or an add, the whole workstation locks up for 30 to 40 seconds and the virus scanner is pegged out at 99 CPU. Once a site, any site is loaded that has a flash component, opening additional ones does not cause this to happen again, it only happens on the initial loading of Flash, but is repeatable if the browser is closed. Changing the virus scanner is not an option, it is part of the group policy and I would rather not change my browser, since my other alternative is IE6.
