Sad thing is there are prob more fake Adlib cards then real ones now. They are such simple cards to fake as they are basic and barely have anything on the PCB.

True, I just built one for my 10MHz turbo 8088. However the one in the eBay listing looks like a legit circuit board based on the transparency. I don't know any fab houses today that use that style anymore. Also has an authentic potentiometer which isn't made in that style anymore that I could find. Also, most counterfeiters don't use gold fill (ENIG) and instead use HASL to save cost and improve profit.

Here's mine I fabbed new for reference.. before I put on the slot bracket. I also installed sockets for the Yamaha chips:
