It is VERY worth it.

I have replaced the following on my HAF

Side Window = x4 120x38mm 3000 RPM Ultra Kaze Fans = Intake
Top Exhaust = x2 120x38mm 3000 RPM Ultra Kaze Fans
I've got 2 more strapped to my S1283 HSF in a push/pull config mounted veritcally pointing at the top exhaust, and another fan in the usual back exhaust spot.

Replacing the fans like this, brought my system temps by 7c across the board. Do yourself a favor and get a good solid fan controller though!

Ok thanks! can you recommend me some good controller?
hard to find them where i live. Also if the ambient temps are
lets say 30c (summer here) still worth?

as long as you put them all facing the right way (say if they were all intake) that would do you no good but if you add them to bring air in and pull air out then adding fans to any case is a good idea, follow my link for a fan controller, with this controller its only four channel but you can add more than one fan per channel as long as you dont go over 20 watts per channel. works great i have two in my spedo case.http://www.frozencpu.com/products/1001/bus-54/Sunbeam_4_Channel_Rheobus_-_Black.html?tl=g47c17s286
