Acrylic Case: Motherboard Tray

How do most people who make their own acrylic cases do the motherboard tray? I'm wondering how I'm going to anchor the PCI/AGP bank.

for my cases I just screw the mobo mounting screws onto the side like regular, no special
tray...but what gets me is the back plate for daughter card brackets.

I use a non functioning atx mobo as a template for the mobo screws...

That's what I'm wondering, I'm either going to anchor the mobo to the sidepanel itself or make a little slot for a tray, not a problem. Either way, I need to figure out how to mount the IO panel and the daughtercard brackets.
