Acer S236HLtmjj Review (Use Google or Chrome to translate). It uses a glossy 6 Bit +FRC AH-IPS panel.

The S236HL does not use LED PWM Dimming (Side Effects) which increases motion blur and is actually faster than most 60hs TN's which use PWM. It uses a glossy coating and has better colors than most of the competing AH-IPS panels except for the HP 23" Envy which costs twice as much currently. It does suffer from a little bit of overshoot ghosting , but it is possible to reduce the amount by changing a setting in the service menu (instructions).

This is a nice little monitor for not a lot of money.
I purchased one about a month ago after selling my really nice FW-900.
I was a bit skeptical because I do some gaming. So far my worry was unwarranted.
The picture is nice and there is no ghosting.

I got it when it was $129....little less than a month ago..
