Acer Predator X34: 16:9 resolutions are stretched :(

Hi, does anyone know how to get 16:9 resolutions to display with the correct aspect ratio with black borders on the sides of the screen on this monitor instead of stretching thee image?

In your GPU settings, set it to scale by aspect ratio and if that doesn't work, make it scale on the GPU also.

hi, i also had this problem. go into nvidia control panel and at resolution options create a 2560x1440 res with 100hz. if your monitor has 95 max hz choose 95hz. now the 16:9 resolution 2560x1440 should be in the resolution list and you also can choose it now in games. instead of a stretched image you get an 16:9 with black bars.
