Acer MT276HE decent monitor?

Seems like the Egg, is letting this go for $200 after rebate (and promo-code). Not sure what to look for in monitors nowadays, last time I bought a 19" I spent days looking at various ones in the store before I finally said fuck it and bought a cheap one. Anyways, $200 for 27" a good deal? Or is there something fundamentally wrong that I just don't know about.

OH well sold out, and I'm retarded mixing up Acer with Asus.

Wasn't digging the fact that all the power usage simply said <70W. That's easily 4 times the power my current monitor uses, and seems to be almost double what a similar sized LED lit monitor goes for.
