I was browsing for 4K displays as I came across something new: Acer ET430K 4K 43" for 699€.
It wasn't listed on Acer's site but a quick google search game me specifications.
From the 43" size I'm guessing it uses the same panel as Philips BDM4350UC and Dell P4317Q.
Specifications say "flicker-less" so it shouldn't use PWM. Two of the shops I browsed through gave ETA as of 29.01.2017.
Somebody please tell me it hasn't got the burn-in disease because I'm in dire need of a big cheap 4k display.

Given that cyberpunk is a dystopian, dehumanizing, haves-vs-have-nots kind of setting, that's not actually a good thing, though.
