Yes, I've had mine for a few days and it's been awesome. Played BF4 yesterday and it performed just as good as my 40" AMH 5ms Korean monitor.

... Uh... can you call this a monitor though... I mean really? It's kind of like shoving a TV on your desk, considering it even has built in speakers. No G/Free-Sync or anything either. Does it just have lower response times at least?

It is not matte, just a slight glossy panel.

TV's usually don't have a DP so I'm inclined to call this a monitor. :)

A screen without a tuner is a monitor. I suppose whether you want to call it a "PC monitor", would be a little more of a debate? I mean, when you put it on your PC, I suppose what else would it be? :p Doesn't matter. The line is officially blurred. I'm just glad big screens are coming out with Gsync. I am currently using a 43" "TV".

I haven't seen any dirty screen effect. I'm coming from a 43" Samsung curved tv w/ HDR sitting on my desk and I prefer this Acer. I had to mount my Acer to the wall to give me some distance b/c it's so big. Keep that in mind.

Tooooo big
I’ve tried a 37” HDTV on my huge 1960s desk and it was impossible to be competitive on games because you couldn’t see the GUI elements on the corners of the screen at the same time you were targeting your reticule in FPS games. Single player was nice but...
Have fun physically turning your head to look at GUI elements in the corners.
