Accessing webmail when port 2095 is blocked?

i use ipowerweb.com to host my website

and usually to gain access to my webmail i use port :2095

example,

www.coolcars.com:2095

now i have been running into places where port 2095 is blocked, not allowing me access to my webmail.

Anyway around this?
 
i was thinking maybe there was a way to add a tool or something that i can clickon on the website itself

Is this your connection that you are trying to connect on?

What I am trying to get at is why are you blocked from accessing your webmail? Do the network owners not want you to access it from their network?
