Abysmal Brothers in Arms Performance

10 frames seems to be about the limit.

Newest drivers on everything, 1024x768 (lower than my native res; what a bitch), no AA or AF, nothing running in background.

Athlon XP 3200+
A7N8X-E Deluxe
1024MB Kingston HyperX PC-3200
BBA 9800XT

Ideas?

Go to Options -> Performance Options.

Change Grass Detail to low or medium, and set Reflections to Cube. High Dynamic Range/Soft Lighting set to off might help too.

Thats weird, i have same mobo and almost the same cpu speed as yours and same mem speed and everything and im blazin fast in this game...must be the gfx card

it should run fine.

i have a ti4200 2500+ and i have

1024 rez
texture - high
medium - everything else
reflections - cube
light smoothing - on

I did that, and it seemed to help considerably (around 60 frames).

I'm going to start boosting settings again to see what may be the culprit.
