ABIT NF7-S ddrv voltage

i just baught an abit nf7-s and in the hardware monitor i noticed it has created an error log

for the voltage under ddrv like this : *2004/06/25 15:42:37 Warning:=DDRV: 2.62V* what

does this mean? is this for my ram or what? any questions ask and help me out!
specs: ABIT NF7-S, AMD athlon xp [email protected], and 1x amd DDR-SDRAM PC2700-512 MB here are the timings for the memory:
Frequency 140.3
FSBRAM 1:1
CAS# Latency 2.5 clocks
RAS# to CAS# delay 3 clocks
RAS# precharge 3 clocks
Cycle time (tras) 6clocks. Hopefully these will help you to help me could someone also explain these numbers to me too? i would appreciate it. Thanks

thats what my corsair runs at... maybe your is supposed to be higher...
