Abit IC7 Max 3 VS Asus P4c800-E Deluxe

Hi Guys Im New Here
I want To Buy one of the mobo's of the title
I know that Abit IC7 Max 3 is more recommended because
he have more pitchers like cold , and few more things
but people said that Asus P4c800-E Deluxe
is the best mobo for OC in the world
and even in project that did new record of processor 3 Ghz to 5.25 Ghz
use in this mobo...

so what do you choose?
 
Personally, I've seen lots of problems encountered with both motherboards in the past, but my personal recommendation would be to choose the Max-3. I've seen more minute problems on the board compared to those that require a full blown replacement on the Asus side.

I would like to see proof of this 5.25 Ghz machine running on an Asus P4C800-E Deluxe. Please post a link. :D

I would recommend the Asus. I've built 30+ machines with them and I've never had problems with them at all.

In fact I've never seen a DOA Asus either. Something I can not say for Abit.
