it's become much easier since they removed the "boost tap" ability that people were abusing.

There was an exploit in the game, before the time trial mode came out, which allowed you to continually tap the boost button when the meter was empty. You would hear the noise, and get the boost, but the meter would not fill up. If you knew about it, you could get an infinite boost.

So if I haven't connected online anytime recently for MotorStorm... then it shouldn't be patched right? So I should be able to abuse the boost in single player and beat it then upgrade to the patch?
