A lot of shortcuts point to network drive

I had setup a Windows 2003 server and I joined it's Domain with my other WinXP PC. My friend messed with something in Windows 2003 and now a lot of things are pointed to "Y:\program files\ <etc>".

I can fix it by manually changing each shorcut but now even World of Warcraft is having problems patching. It also looks for the Y drive. Anyone know how I can fix this?

Note: I'm no longer part of the domain but now I'm just part of WORKGROUP.
