A look at my schools new datacenter.

wow kills my tiny little data center!

that really is huge. How many staff run that place?
 
How much did all that new equipment cost,and if there was old equipment from the "older" datacenter,what happened to it?

Astronomical amounts of money in that place for sure. I would guess it would easily be in the millions of dollars. Those 6509 and 6513 Cisco chassis's are not cheap when fully configured with current blades. The hospital I used to work at had a few of those - two were dedicated mirrored distribution switched with nothing but fibre running to all the other switches throughout the hospital. I got those two running and the cost for both was well over 100K. Definitely a sweet looking datacenter - it's like a playground. :)
