A couple quick Q's

How do I setup my network so that I can connect to other boxes using \\computername ?

Also, yesterday I setup an enemy territory server for me and my brother to play on here at the house but when he started downloading maps from me it was only going about 25kb/s and I set the max d/l rate to all 9's, maybe 0 would have been max and not all 9's. Just wondering if the router is capping the bandwidth.

The cap download rate is not your router. It's the ingame commands that limit the server download rate. I'm not sure which command it is but if you're the client you must set something like /cl_downloadspeed 9999 or so. For the server, there's a similar command but you'll have to find that out in the doc's or on websites.
