9900ks cinebench r15?

9900ks at 5.2ghz hit only 2150 then I set real time priority and it hit like 2250. Then I tried to oc ram but pc could not post so I reseat the cpu and back to the first setting but now cinebench hit only 2050 . Set to real tine and it hit 22xx. Is this score low for 5.2ghz?

Mine "k" at 5.1 ghz without realtime priority hits 2279.
Use Inspectre please and disable all hardware mitigations and run it again.

Reinstall window and it scores 2274 at 5.2ghz

I got 2264 with r20, 2280 with r15
