Any thoughts on this build?

My main purpose is gaming so I plan on going with a 9900K and and a z390 Aorus Ultra which is supposed to be good for overclocking. I'm thinking a Noctua NH-D15 for the cooler. I don't want to do a custom water loop and it seems like the Noctua performs just as good as AIOs.

Along with gaming I do a lot of programming and have 7 monitors so I need to be able to run those. I have a 1080ti with an EVGA SC HYBRID Waterblock Cooler as my main card and I'll be putting a 770 GTX in the bottom slot to be able to power additional monitors. It seems if you use slot 3 for the second card slot 1 can still run at 16x so I won't be sacrificing my framerate for games. The motherboard only has a single HDMI port so I need at least 2 video cards to run that many monitors. I plan on eventually upgrading from the 1080ti to something better once the next generation of cards come out.

For memory I'm eyeing the 4 sticks of Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB DDR-3200. Is there something better I should get that would boost framerates in games? I don't care about RGB or looks just performance.

For storage I'm thinking a 1TB 970 Evo Plus for the OS and all my dev tools since the write performance is better, and a regular 1TB 970 Evo for games. Then I plan on getting a 8TB SATA HDD for additional storage. I'll probably throw in 2 more SATA drives from my old PC as well. I think I'm limited to just 3 SATA slots using 2 M.2 slots with that motherboard.

I chose a Dark Base Pro 900 because it's quiet and big enough to fit the D15 cooler.

For PSU I'm thinking an EVGA G2 1300W. Do you think that's enough power for everything while overclocking?

I'll probably buy everything from Amazon unless Microcenter has significantly better deals.
