980ti Hybrid - Fan Replacement?

Hey guys,

have had my hybrid for a few weeks now and really love the temps and performance.

The one thing i'm not in love with is the sound. It has to vent out the top of my case pointing straight at me from under the desk, and it is louder than I'd like.

Thoughts on swapping the fan out for something quieter while maintaining good temps? I've never done custom WC, so I know very little about SP fans.

Any ideas?

BTW I forgot to add that you will have to plug the noctua fan into one of the spare motherboard fan headers for it to work. A friend of mine uses this setup and it also means he can control fan speeds via the motherboard and the fan is very noticeably quieter than the stock fan.
