There are a hand full of CPU's out there that are clocked at 3000MHZ, why the hell would they make the clock that high. Methinks someone is full of shit.

That is actually 2 pictures combined. As far as I can tell, it is a Quad cards setup. The cards look kind of small, and small heatsinks, only one 6-pin PCI-E power supply per card, and 2 SLI bridges per card. I know the 8800 Ultra got 2 SLI bridges on top of card, don't know if the current 8800GT has 2 SLI bridges or 1?
