9600XT to Television: Does it work?

I have the built by ATi 9600XT and a televistion with only rca plugs (white and yellow)

My 9600XT has S-Video output on it, so, what kind of cable would I need to connect my PC to TV?

Your card should have come with a S-VIDEO->RCA adaptor, and an RCA cable.

Use these two parts to hook it up, reboot, and go to the ATi control panel's "Displays" tab.

Click the power button on the TV section, and your TV will come to life as a second monitor. You can use the "Settings" tab in display properties to configure this new display.

I bought this card as a refurb, so it didn't come with those cables...


Are the cables somthing that I can get from Radio Shack?
