hi,

I bought an hdtv with like 4 hdmi port.
I want to know, if I buy a dvi->hdmi cable and plug it on my tv, will I have image AND sound in 720p or only image?

Thanks... kinda new to that kind of stuff! :)
 
You will only have Audio if you use an Audio pass through cable. Depending on your manufacturer you may or may not have the ability to pass through audio through the graphics card into the DVI to HDMI adapter. So you would need a card that has the connector for audio on it and you would need an SPDIF cable to plug into your sound card / motherboard.
