I bit last night at that price. So its a little slower on benchmarks, probably wont even notice just with normal browsing and such on my wifes laptop, worth it to have the extra ram at that price.

1066 @CL7 is pretty matched I'd say with 1333 @CL9. From what I have seen at least.
