8800GTS dead, what next?

My eVga 8800GTS 640MB is giving up and apparently I didn't register it, dumb I know. I still applied for an RMA so we'll see what they say, but if they won't replace it what would be a similiar card performance wise. I mainly play TF2 and L4D and the 8800 ran those fine at 1920x1200.
For those interested the card locked up during gameplay the other day and now I get artifacts during POST, bootup, and the desktop crashes and reboots when anything fancy happens. I've replaced the mobo and did a clean install with identical problems.

Performance wise it's between a 9600GT and an 8800/9800GT (same card). Unless you're budget's really tight though I'd second Mega666's 260 recomendation.

Yeah - even add in price. Price to performance, it's close to the top. (if not)
