I recently purchased some ram with 6ns infineon ram chips (PC2700) and I was wondering if anyone has used these and overclocked them at all. I'd like to hear other people's experiences.
I booted at 2-2-2-11 @ 2.6v @ 166MHz, memtest was stable, so I upped it to 175, still stable. Upped it to 185, ran it for about an hour, and got 12 errors. I dropped the fsb to 183, upped the voltage to 2.7v, and ran memtest for 10 hours with no errors.
