Here are my 7970 trifire results. I ran the 6970's at 925/1375 and the 7970's at defaults of 925/1375 for a clock for clock comparison.

I'm just going to get straight to the point with the results.

All the game results were ran 2560x1440 with max settings and max AA unless specified otherwise.

you have any pictures with cards inside your case? What do you think of temps and noise?
 
I think the cat wants to say "unbox the cards already so I can play with the cardboard boxes" :D
 
Good info, but it seems a bit extreme to buy three of them just to get the cat :)
 
Cute kitty. :D Holy shit at the Serious Sam performance gains! How exactly did you benchmark Serious Sam? There's no in-game benchmark, is there? Did you run through a level? And thanks for these - very interesting! And these cards do look damn nice!

Just used fraps on the opening cinematic for the first level.
 
the big question is how does that scale with just one of each vs tri-fire...

I'd be curious to know also. I'd also like to know if 7970's scale better in tri-fire versus 6970's in tri-fire and if maybe that had an impact on the scores.

that was kinda inherent in my question: same benchies with one of each...cram them in a table vs the tri-fire
 
I cant imagine fitting 3 of those in an antec 900 case. I barely got 1 in :)
