6800GS's AGP version

just wondering are they all built the same?

I am seeing one here for 239$ CDN and it seems cheap usually prices over here are higher

The AGP version has lower core clocks (350mhz compared to the PCI-E of 400 I think, might have been 450). Also, like any AGP card, it's more expensive than it's PCI-E counterpart and has less models available from less manufacturers.
