Hello,

I want to finally learn how to properly touch type for work (basic narrative typing with no professional editing or other skills required) at home with the only other contact I make with a keyboard beyond web surfing being FPS gaming (CS:GO).

The FPS use and small desk I have has me wanting a 60% board as the main keys I'll be using are all readily available and of a standard size.

I'm just trying to decide between the poker II which has a small Massdrop discount right now with no backlighting or the Ducky mini/YOTH edition for its backlighting that looks to be effective enough for me to use as a crutch at night while I learn/game.

Thanks for any help/suggestions.

I just got a KUL ES87 tkl board with MX reds. I'm considering a 60% board and if I do, I'll probably go with the Poker II - mainly because there is a ton of after market support and it uses standard key caps unlike a lot of the smaller boards.

Id wait a month or 2 if you are going the poker route. The pok3r (poker 3) is coming out soon.
