The newegg overview says those are rated to run at 1600 mhz 8-8-8-24, but the product details says 9-9-9-24

that aside though I think the TR3X vs CMG is supposed to be upgradeability as far as accessories go.
 
does it mater that these are 1.65V instead of 1.5V for Sandy Bridge use?
