Finally picked one up myself, looking forward to seeing Mass Effect 2 at 7680 x1600.

Dammit, XFX5870 is now out of stock on newegg.ca today, just as i set my mind and was going to buy it today

There's still the Diamond, HIS and MSI available, but they are all 20$ more ( 450$can instead of 430$can for the XFX) grrr
Are they worth 20$ more ???? Which of these 3 brands would be the best ?

The XFX is worth the 20$ more, but the others...

XFX's warranty (for ATi cards) is unmatched (even in Canada).

Having the cards in for an entire week is pretty amazing. Hopefully the 5850's will drop back to $260 in a month or so.

yep definitely looking forward to price drops as it seems that supply has almost fully caught up with demand (still seeing some ETA postings of the 15th for other websites)
