[56k Warning] Need to fix 9700pro..someplace/someone who can sutface mount?

I know I know... thought freezing on fridge will take the epoxy off but guess wasn't too cool. Now, I need help from someone or someplace where I can get surface mount the ram... As long as cost is not outrageous... it would be cool. Just remembered it after storing it at dead bin for whole year almost
